Club Pilot paragliding courses, with a good Instructor to Student ratio,
making sure you have the right environment to progress quickly and
safely as possible!
Our professional Instructors
give you the personal tuition you require, in a calm and relaxed
atmosphere, on our exclusive, all wind direction, private sites.
First you need to achieve Elementary Pilot, on
average 4 to 5 days and then Club Pilot, about 5 days. The days do not
have to be taken consecutively and once Club Pilot you can leave the
school and fly unsupervised.
During your holiday in Turkey, you

PILOT COURSE LESSONS SUMMARY IN TURKEY
Phase 6 - Pre-soaring
Theory.
180 degree turns to a consistent level.
Planned approaches - Minimum 4 successful planned flights making
controlled landing within 10m of a target.
Phase 7 - Soaring
Soaring flight - Minimum 4 successful flights using ridge lift to
maintain gain height.
Top landings - Minimum 4 successful flights.
Flying with others.
Phase 8 - Improving skills.
Exploring the sped range.
Accelerator system.
Forward launching.
Reverse launching.
Weight shift and pitch-roll in turns.
Cross wind and slope landings.
Phase 9 - Instability and emergencies
Theory.
Active flying.
Rapid descent techniques.
Dealing with an asymmetric tuck.
Phase 10 Theory lessons and examination
Meteorology.
Principles of flight.
Rules of the air and air law.
General airmanship knowledge.
Club pilot theory examination.
Final assessment for Club Pilot
Declaration by Senior instructor.
CLUB PILOT COURSE ( Equipment provided )
Club Pilot training
takes you from landing at the bottom of the hill to slope landings, then
soaring along a ridge for 10 to 20 minutes and landing back on the top.
While still under instruction and in radio contact with your Instructor
we introduce you to flying with others. Theory Exam complete the Club
Pilot. Once Club Pilot you can fly unsupervised on recognised sites at
home and abroad, also Join our Free club and come flying with us while
receiving extra guidance from familiar Instructors who will introduce
you to local sites.
